Our story
Xpert Tax Accountants is the trading name of Rana & Co Accountants and Management Consultants Ltd, established in 2018. We started with a simple belief: ambitious businesses deserve the kind of proactive, joined-up finance support that larger companies take for granted, without the jargon, the surprise bills or the once-a-year phone call.
Since then we've grown into a five-star rated firm supporting businesses across the UK, from sole traders and start-ups to scaling limited companies, combining accountancy with genuine business consulting, so you get more than compliance.
Qualified, regulated and fully covered
We're regulated by the AIA (Association of International Accountants), which also supervises us for anti-money laundering. Our team holds qualifications from leading UK professional bodies (AIA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT and ICPA), and we carry full professional indemnity cover. We're also an authorised HMRC agent and file at Companies House on our clients' behalf, so your numbers are in properly qualified hands.
